觸控智能定硫儀是依據(jù)庫(kù)侖滴定法的原理（參見(jiàn)GB/T 214—1996）制成的。由單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行高溫爐的溫度控制和庫(kù)侖滴定結(jié)果的測(cè)量，由液晶顯示屏顯示，并向單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)發(fā)送相應(yīng)控制命令，由單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立完成相應(yīng)工作。

Intelligent Touch Control Detector is made based on the principle of coulometric titration (refer to GB/T 214-1996). The temperature in the high temperature furnace is controlled by the SCM system, and the coulometric titration result is measured by the SCM system and then shown on the LCD. After receiving the corresponding control command, the SCM system will finish the corresponding work independently.

5. 系統(tǒng)工作溫度 用戶(hù)可通過(guò)軟件在600℃----1150℃之間選擇設(shè)定（測(cè)煤時(shí)為1050℃，測(cè)石油時(shí)用戶(hù)可選擇800℃）。

5. The user can set the working temperature of the system between 600℃ and 1150℃ by software (1050℃ for measurement of coal and 800℃ for measurement of petroleum).

6. 微機(jī)與單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)之間采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS232串行接口，具有接線(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單、傳輸可靠、傳輸距離遠(yuǎn)、故障率低等特點(diǎn)。

6. The microcomputer is connected with the SCM system by the standard RS232 SI, which is featured with simple wiring, reliable transmission, long transmission distance, low fault rate, etc.

7. 單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)控制高溫爐的溫度控制、測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的采集，并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。

8. 本系統(tǒng)將高溫爐、磁力攪拌器、空氣凈化裝置、電解池、自動(dòng)送樣機(jī)構(gòu)、單片機(jī)控制線(xiàn)路合理地放置在同一機(jī)箱內(nèi)，使整機(jī)系統(tǒng)美觀(guān)、體積小、系統(tǒng)的放置與連接方便、系統(tǒng)的操作與日常維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)。

In this system, high temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air cleaning unit, electrolytic tank, automatic sample presentation mechanism and control circuit of SCM are reasonably placed in one case, which can achieve characteristics such as beautiful system, small volume, convenient placement and connection, and simple operation and routine maintenance.
